new project

Here is my new project. I bought it in January, installed a 4/6 drop and some rally wheels and have just been enjoying it for the summer. It has a 350/th350 combo in it now and I may swap a 5.3 in it over the winter. I'm not sure what direction I'm going to go yet, I have all the parts to install a set of vortech heads also. The bench seat is going in to get recovered in a few weeks and I will post pics when its done. I'm starting to gather parts for upgrades and fixing some minor issues for the winter.

Plans are to use it as a fair weather daily driver. Its in good shape it just needs a little tlc. I'm going to have the bench seat recovered in grey synthetic leather, install a new dash pad, sound deadener throughout the cab, a decent stereo system, and a engine/trans swap of some sort. I have a 5.3 and the parts to build a gen1 sbc with vortec heads I just havnt decided what direction I'm going to go yet. I also plan on having below the trim vinyl wrapped in a dark grey wrap to break up the red some. there is another truck in town that looks like mine so I have to change it up a little.
