67 Camaro

I am thinning out my projects and this one is going. I thought that I would offer to my truck brethren first. The following are things that I can think of off of the top of my head:

Big block 402 - not an original BB car
Rally Sport - also not original but all of the parts are there
Bowtie Overdrives Level III 700R4
12 Bolt posi rear - 3:73
Deluxe Interior
Factory Tach
Factory Guages
Ceramic Hooker Super Comps
Power steering
Power Front Disc Brakes

It will need rear quarter patches put in
Trunk pan and floor pans are not rusty

I will take $6,000.00 for it and I will throw in a new cowl induction hood.

Anyone seriously interested let me know because it will soon go to E-Bay

Brent

Hey Breeh,

Couple quick questions. Is all the RS stuff original to 67? Meaning, are they eletric headlight doors or vacuum like the 68 and 69's ( I used to have a 68 RS/SS, wish I still had that damn car). Also, are the disc brakes up front the original dual piston caliper or are they single piston added from something else.

Thanks bro, just curious. Hey, are you hurting for the cash or are trades considered for this car?

Rob

Pont,
It has the original to '67 electric headlamp doors (non-op like 90% of them! The electric motors need a rebuild).

The front calipers are the single piston design, swapped from a '71 Chevelle.

I am not hurting for cash, just space and time for my family. I have realized that my daughters are growing up while I am in the garage and I don't want to miss anything more. I am just too distracted when I have cars and trucks to play with. I can play with cars again when they are all grown up.

I may be interested in trades that are not projects!

Thanks for the info Breeh, I'm definitely not a purist ( I just like my classic GM sheetmetal to look good ) so not being an original BB car and not being an original RS is no big deal to me. If you don't list this on Ebay before Monday, I'll think hard about it over the weekend. I guess throwing my truck at you as a trade won't fly because it is definitely a project even though I drive it daily.

I'll think on this and get back with you by Sunday if I'm interested, or if someone else hasn't bought it yet. I would think you would have no problems selling it for your asking price. I sold mine for just over $14k and it really didn't look any better than yours.

Best of luck to ya buddy,
Rob

Did I say $6k? I meant $14k

I am flattered that you would ante up that beautiful truck but I just can't. My wife would cut the brake lines before I left for work!

Brent.
I want to take a look, but don't want to step on Bad4x4, Leroy or Pont. So I will give them Saturday to make up their mind.

Therefore, can I look Sunday? I got no trades, but then again my trades are all fords, (can sell my chev's), so your probably not interested.

Phil

Man Brent, I love those old camaro's, sweet ride you got there. I wish I had some room and extra cash, Susie would kill me though. Good luck selling it, but you shouldn't have much trouble. Randy
