Eaton drum brake question

Sorry if this has been covered, I couldn't find much. I have a 68 c-20 and need to rehab the rear brakes. As nobody seems to carry these brake cylinders, what do people do? Brothers sells a rebuild kit for the cylinders I think, but I'd rather have new. What about sources for shoes and spring / hardware? Considering how many of these beasts are out there you would think simple wear parts would be available... 🤔

Last year I got new wheel cylinders and hardware kits for my K20's Eaton at my local NAPA. No problem, no hassle, no extra wait time. Got new shoes for same a few years ago. Only parts I'm aware of that are hard to find (maybe impossible) are brake drums.

Thanks guys! Sometimes you can't see the forest for the trees... I guess some of the resto companies (Brothers etc) aren't very interested in the 3/4 ton stuff..
