Help identifying bumper
Does anyone know about the rear bumper on my truck? It looks like it's made of 4" C-channel and I thought it was homemade but saw the other day the same bumper on the beer delivery truck in the movie Dazed and Confused. Now I'm thinking it's possibly aftermarket or maybe a factory option for farm and commercial trucks?

Re: Help identifying bumper
Those were all local builds for dealers in the areas.

Re: Help identifying bumper
Yup. Dealer-installed.
At one time, rear bumpers were an option on trucks, and many left the factory with only a license bracket and light under the tail gate.
