What A arms do you suggest?

My A arms are literally rusted through and now that the truck is going back together I want to replace mine. I briefly considered tubular ones but members rightfully talked me out of that one....thank you guys!

So what regular A arms would you suggest? I'm clueless in this area, what all parts would I need? *I want to buy first and then have a local garage install these for me.
