This is duplicolor roll on liner it look's really good but I would not use it on a real truck!!!!!!

this is a morton liner i dud my self. sprayed in. very pleased with the results.

where would i purchase morton liner and what type of gun would i need i got a cheapy from harbor freight not sure if that would handle spraying bedliner....

Can you get it in other colors then black ?

To add on to the question... How easy is it to spray on bedliners. I can't even color in between the lines, I don't know about a spraygun!!!

i got my morton liner for my local Dupont paint distributor. and i got the gun from there also. liner setup was $130 and the gun was #25. scuff the bed with some 180 grit. tape off everything you dont want it on. tape real good, stuff doesn't like to come off real easy. if you can spray an aerosol can you can spray this stuff. i think it comes in red, blue, black, green and white. black is cheaper..heh

We just did Herculiner (79.99 and $20 rebate at shucks) in the interior of our blazer. It is pretty rough, and I am happy with the results, but I think if I was going to do a truck bed instead of interior that I would have gone with a spray in, instead of a roll-on. Here is a pic.
Go with that morton spray, or if you don't want to do the work, then go with Line-x or Rhino. My husband got his truck Rhinolined about 6 years ago, and it held up great (he sold it after 2 years) but it was in perfect shape when he sold it.

I used "Rattler Guard" from a fellow in Texas who sells on e-bay. It was pretty cheap and I was pleased with the results.

I ask because I have a wood bed stepside. I called a local shop and they wanted 250.00 to spray the sides alone. That seems like alot of money for such a small easy square box. Thanks for all the info!!!!

Nice and cheap from K mart,,,,,, i tried duplicolor on the 71 but yuck .. went over it with Herc ..

Do any of you watch "Trucks" on Spike Tv, formerly TNN. They had a special about Line-X, that stuff is killer! The Pentagon actually has it sprayed on some of its walls to keep the concrete together if there's ever an explosion. They say it'll strech more than 100% of its size before pulling apart or breaking. They spayed some on a cinder-block and dropped it from a roof over and over and the brick wouldn't crack. They say you need to make sure that all the metal is how you want it before spraying, as nothing short of a chisel and hammer will get this stuff off. They also can tint it to any color for you, and you can specify how textured you want it, if at all. Around here it's around $400 for a complete bed (sides-floor-and inside part of the tailgate). Expensive, but thats the brand I'm gonna put on my truck.

P.S. The "Trucks" host, Stacey David, is building this Killer '67 Fleetside with a 572ci crate engine and electric exaust cut-outs. He calls it project Copperhead.
