No problem at all, Fred. I was a little taken aback at first but these things happen. I should've just paid your asking and not even inquired about a few dollars off. At the end of the day, it's what I wanted/needed and should've just said "i'll take it" and that's it. I'm glad we got it all worked out. Thanks, again, to Mike for being so cool about it.
