front bumper mount broken off

Hi. When I pulled my truck out of the field it had been sitting in for decades, I managed to rip off a couple of the bumper mounts (the circled part in pic, both sides). I have a replacement bumper to put on, what would be the best way to fix the mounts? Make new brackets and weld them on? Anybody else had to do this? Thanks. Stole the pic from AngryPirate.
