1960 steel bed question
I have a chance to get a steel bed . I know that there is some modification to installing it. There was a post that had a picture of one installed on a 60-62
but photo bucket has blocked it. Can any one who has installed a steel bed in a 60-62 share any tips or pictures? I am working on a 1960 Fleet long bed thanks

Re: 1960 steel bed question
Have you looked at this thread?
http://www.67-72chevytrucks.com/vboa...d.php?t=456163 The only difference would be the bed to frame mounting. You could go either way with that. Either plug the factory holes in the bed and drill new holes, or fabricate mounts on your frame to accept the '67 factory locations.
