Hello everyone
I have been viewing this site for while and decided to become a member. About a year ago I got a 67 C20. Perfect truck for cruising to the beach. Hoping to start working on small truck projects now that I am getting caught up on the house projects.

Re: Hello everyone
green72s,
My auto hobby skills are non-exsistant, so all of my projects are going to seem extremely simple. I will first conduct a tune up. I seem to be creating some blue/white smoke so I am going to rebuild the carb. I will also do some compression testing to see if I have any ring issues. Once I get the engine dialed in I would like to add power steering and disk brakes up front. Then remove the gas tank from the cab, and add one under the bed. While doing these projects I hope to freshen up the interior. |

Re: Hello everyone
Here is a photo of the "Service Parts Identification" plate. It all looks original to me except for the paint. In past 10 years, I think it might have taken a trip to Mexico for a fresh coat of paint.

Re: Hello everyone
Hey guys. Can you help me decode my Service Parts Identification sticker? My paint code is 04541AD. The truck is now two-toned. White on top and blue throughout the body. I am trying to figure out if this is original paint scheme. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
