so cal fires

most of you have probably heard of the fires in san diego.. they're right out my backdoor.. luckily didnt come closer than 2-3 miles of my place but a few people I know were evacuated. amazingly nobody that I know has lost their place yet. this fire is unreal. the damage its done and the rate of speed its moving at is unlike anything ive ever seen and its being called the worse fire in the history of san diego... A LOT of things in my small town that Ive grown up with have burnt to the ground.. along with casinos, schools, fire departments, etc etc.. The smell of smoke and ash in the air is pretty intense too..

Any other members in san diego?

well damn I say!
I moved out of San Diego in 2000, so I guess I know the area, and I'm trying to figure out how bad it is. How far west is the fire getting? I still have friends who live just east of the 805 on Miramar RD, but I can't imagine the fire getting that close to the 805. Where are you living? What casinos have burned down? oh how I miss the indian casinos, vejas aaaahh, poker.
Keep your truck sprayed down!

I am in Orange County. It is very weird, as daylight turns into reddish glow and there is dusting of ash on the parking lot.

Man, just watched the news, southern California is going to burn down. They are playing the Monday night football game in Tempe, AZ tonight. It was supposed to be in San Diego.

Everybody out there stay safe and out of the way of the fire.
