What are these?

While pulling off the pass fender on my 71 these fell out. I can't see where they would go and they do have a little of the trucks paint on them. Anybody know what they are?

Underside of the antenna mount. Looks broken though I think. Allows some adjustment when attaching the antenna base.

x3 on antenna mount.
This piece goes under the cowl and holds the antenna in position when the "nut" above the cowl is tightened. As stated above, it allows for some adjustment of antenna position.
