Sold My 71 Chevy 4x4

Well,i did it.............yep...........i sold my ole truck that i have had since 1981. My garage looks kinda naked now ! In away i really miss it, but in other ways i am glad to see it get a new home. The guy that bought it is in Viginia is agreat guy and theres alot more shows to be won with this ole truck too. I haven't shown it but twice in the last two years and i know it get some more attention with a new owner and a new area too. He has already done some differant things to the truck. here is a little list of things that he has done with it,along with a few pics he sent to me this morning. So if you any you gys see it out there in Viginia, tell him you knew that truck (and maybe the owner) before he got it !

Tailgate has been lettered
Windows tinted 35%
14" Weld Wheels and 36" Fun Country Tires
Replaced 3 chamber flowmaster with 2 chamber Flowmasters and 3" pipes straight out the back. (loud)
6" Skyjacker springs front and rear. ( no blocks on the rear now )
Traction bars mounted to the top of the springs which tie in back at the spring hanger
Custom Dana 60 from Dynatrac, 5:13 gears, 35 spline Moser Axles and Detriot Locker

He also wrote this too:This truck is the coolest vehicle I have ever had!! The attention it gets is amazing!! People really go out of their way to look at it and the thumbs up on the highway are all the time

Gonna miss that truck. Looks great as usual!

What are your plans? Build another 67-72? I hope so.

I guess there is no reason to go to Pigeon Forge anymore. I won't be able to visit your truck. The kids and Mrs Tennman should have a pretty good Christmas this year, right Danny??
