Newbie from KC - 1953 Chevy Truck

Hi, y'all. I'm recently the proud owner of a 1953 Chevy 3100. It's mounted on a 1982 GMC 1/2 ton Sierra chassis. It has new cab corners, floors, and 12-volt wiring. A 350, auto, with power steering and power brakes. Has plenty of patina (hence the username, "53Tina"). This is my oldest and first "classic" truck. I'm lovin' it! Ken

Sounds sweet man. I'd like to see some pics. Nothing better than some beautiful patina.

Here she is, on display at the KC Automotive Museum in Olathe, Kansas. It's "Volunteer Month" at the museum, so my truck and other docent's rides are in the museum for the month of September.

Dude that looks awesome. I wouldn't change anything on that truck. Took Mother Nature a long time to do that. I wish we had a museum around here like that.
