possible good news

i got some possible good news i want to share.a friend called me last night while he was at work and ran a possible business idea by me.i said ok what do you have in mind?he asked me if i wanted to trade him the taurus i have for sale to him for his......
1978 3/4 ton chevy 2wd.the truck has a 350/TH400/3.73 gears/runs good and looks ok-the body is straight but it could use a little TLC/ive never drove it but i have rode in it and it runs good/could use some carb and timing work but that is about it/.................
im really tempted to do because i would be able to get something i wouldnt mind driving sell my damn taurus which i dont drive anyway and i could put my 74 on the shelf and do some work to it.the same friend also gave me a 77 GMC Sierra 3/4 ton which he was going to use for parts.i hopefully will be able to pick that up on tuesday.i also have that 78 parts truck which no one is chomping at the bit to buy so maybe ill take the two parts truck and combine it with my 74 to make one good truck.question now is where the hell am i going to store all this stuff.ahh decisions, decisions.what do you all think i should do?

it wouldnt be the 1st 78 chevy ive had....in fact it would be the 3rd.my second truck was a 78 shortbed which i got rid of 4 yrs ago because it was a piece of crap.the 3/4 ton of my friends runs good it just needs some cosmetic improvements.hopefully all will go well with it and he will trade it to me.im starting to really want it.i neglected to mention it but the truck also has 16x8 mickey thompson rims with goodyear tires.dont know what style they are but they are nice.

update on the trade-the 78 for the taurus appears to be a no-go my buddy isnt sure now.the 77 for parts is still mine though.i hopefully will get to take it tomorrow.i dont know how im going to get it towed because i dont have a trailer and my dad isnt sure if he can get one on such short notice from his job.anyone in the phx area preferably east mesa want to help me with a trailer cause i hate to have to rent one-im a little short on cash flow this week.

sorry for being a post whore but im excited about this
if i decide to go with the 3 to make 1 idea....im thinking of lowering the truck...all 3 are longbeds...my personal preference.i was thinking of a 2-3 inch drop all around.i dont like slammed trucks but would like to level it out a bit.i may not do this because lowering isnt really my thing but ive seen a few that look good lowered.i know alot of you say when it comes to lowering to go big or dont go at all but i just want a simple level lowering job not a slam job.who knows i may change my mind.lemme know what you all think
