Question Klean-Strip Rust Converter Question

Have any of you guys or gals ever used Klean-Strip Rust Converter? If so did it work well and has it prevented the rust from returning?

I used the rust converter in spots that I could not blast...inside bottom of the door, etc. I don't know if it will keep rust from showing up in these areas, but it did run through the joints and probably penetrated all the areas. There is another product called Chem Prime which works well too, but I don't know the long term effect yet.
