Quick Wiring Question - How to de-pin
Does anyone know how to remove the pins from this type of connector?
Do you push in at 6 o’clock in the second picture? The third pic is from American Autowire, I’m not sure if it’s the same clip. Thanks!

Re: Quick Wiring Question - How to de-pin
Looks like pics may have rotated, 6 o’clock mentioned is my thumb side.

Re: Quick Wiring Question - How to de-pin
Those are Packard/Delphi "Twin Lock" terminals. As the name implies, they have two locking tabs to hold them into the housing ... one tab on each side. They would be at the 3 and 9 O'Clock positions when using the position of your thumb as the 6 O'Clock reference.
Here is an example photo of one of the terminals that gives a good view of the locking tab on one side: |
