get a 5 gallon paint stick and cut it to the wheel inside diameter
do the same on other side. measure distance between sticks Scrap 2x4 can also be used of on hand

It's a 15x8 4wd wheel. If you look only three of the holes are threaded for the caps. Don't know why they had the extra holes but they come in handy if the old ones are stripped out. The holes should be 5/16-18 threads.
