What size was the V6 in 68 (GMC)
I can't remember what size was in the old parts truck. Did chevy use the V6?

305 CI. Chevy did not use it. There was a larger CI version as well but it's displacement escapes me. I don't think it was used in light duty trucks though.

it was also available in a 351 V-6.

Yup, both the 305 and 351 was in GMC pick ups. I think 69 or 70 was the last year for that.

i think that they only used the 351 in 66 and up, even though i have yet to see one in a 67-72. then again, you dont see that many 305's as it is.

There was also a 478 V6 in the very big trucks (like over-the-road trucks)
