No door hinges showing. Usually they stick out like a sore thumb. Left side door and body are badly rusted at the top.

One of many conversion done then. As m,mentioned some have exposed hinges, others, like this one, had then hidden. Depends on what company did the conversion I imagine.

FWIW, last time I saw the truck in Post #1 listed, it was $25K, so all you folks holding out just saved $4K! Yes, they look a little weird, but they are out there and rare as hen's teeth - and were an original conversion one could get back in the day as Bill mentioned. I posted a different one on the pinned 60-66 Craigslist Finds at the top of the 60-66 home page not too long ago (much less expensive). Still for sale. Has a price in the ad now, $12.5K. I like this one's door arrangement better personally.
