What's the best stall converter for my 4l85E?

Building an lq9 402 stroker motor for my 1970 c10 swb truck.

I picked up a 4l85e to rebuild and use. Going to put a shift kit and upgrade the common build up parts.

The truck has a 3.73 12 bolt possi reared (stock with upgrades axles shafts)

I run P285/70 R15 BF Goorich radial T/A on the back

Using a Xcelerator II (228/234 .615"/.602" 112+3) cam from LSXceleration.

Derrick with LSXceleration said my stall will be around 2200rpm and to get a 2500 stall converter.

This will be an everyday driver. Never had a stall converter before. What would you guys suggest for my setup. If you need any more info let me know. Never done this before.

If your camshaft supplier is giving you the info already, I would go with that recommendation.

I am going to go with the 2500 stall as indicated by my cam supplier. But as there are a ton of different stall converter companies I was hoping to hear from anyone's experiences as I have none.

Yank, Circle D, Precision industries. Pick any of those 3 and you will have a great stall on your hands.
