They look like transit wheels. I know detroit steel makes some if you want 18-22 inch wheels. Then you jut put beauty rings and a center cap on them.

Those aren't transit wheels, you can distinguish those pretty easily by their "triple lip". They could be the Detroit Steel wheels, but those look more like Delmo's wheels actually. His wheels are nice but very expensive. The Detroits have the same look but are more reasonably priced. The transit wheels are the cheapest but supply is hit and miss since they technically are not for resale. Plus, they require a few modifications to fit our trucks since they only come in one configuration.

Those look like centerline smoothies that the centers were painted and modified with bolt on clips to hold the caps
