Ls swap wiring
Im just getting started laying out the wiring in the engine bay for a ls swap, adding electric fans, and relays for the headlights. I have read through a few swaps on here and have done a swap on a 88 trans am but i used holley efi so it was a bit different than using the factory harness. If anyone could post pics of the wiring mods you have done so i can start getting some ideas i would appreciate it. I will be mounting the ecu in the engine bay. I will most likely be looking for a small relay/fuse block from the salvage yard. Im looking for ideas of where to mount everything for a clean and easy install. Thank you.

Re: Ls swap wiring
I mounted my ecu on the drivers side fender close to the core support. Picture isn't the greatest but you can get the idea. I think it looks real nice.

Re: Ls swap wiring
I like that. Where are you mounting your fuse block for the ecu and electric fans?

Re: Ls swap wiring
Looks nice. I would be careful mounting the ecm anywhere near potential moisture though.

Re: Ls swap wiring
Relays for the ecu and related things are below the ecm. Zoom in and you can see them. Relays for fans are mounted on the core support.
