K10 front hub exploded view diagram - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

I am putting new rotors on my 85 k10 and I am looking at this exploded view diagram which is also in the Haynes manual. Is the order of the snap ring and spacer wrong in this diagram? My truck has the snap ring before the spacer before the wheel nut stack. I'm asking about the order of 27 and 28?

After working on both of my front hubs/rotors, I'm 99% sure that diagram has 28 and 27 in the wrong order. I had to find out the hard way, I assembled one incorrectly based on that diagram.
