Ironhorse, here it is. The one on the bottom missing the knob is 67 only, also the same as 67 Camaro & Chevelle and I believe 67 Impala but with a chrome knob. I could be wrong about the Impala. 67 inside door handles are 1 year only as well (again Camaro & Chevelle). The inside door regulators are slightly different also.

Thanks for the pics. Looks as if I do have a '67 only window crank complete with the chrome knob. Pretty nice shape for it's age with just some minor flea bite size pits on the chrome and the knob is tight to the handle. Not sure where it came from, have been playing around these trucks for years and STILL learning about them.
