new to the board
Hey all FNG here. I just bought my first 1970 Pickup. It is a c20 longhorn. It is pretty rough around the edges, but the frame running gear and interior are in pretty good shape. This is my first resto so any input would be greatly appriciated. I picked it up for 900 bucks I think it was a decent deal what about you.

I've seen a few other 69's on this board with 67-68 style steering wheels. If I remember, ludwigthemad's old Burb had one and there was another member who recently posted a pic. of a 69 with an earlier wheel on it. It's interesting that the wheel color matches the color of the column and dash pad on this Longhorn. Maybe some one raided a tan 68 for parts at one time. It's hard to say. Sounds like we have grounds for a new topic to pose this question. Anyway Vannatta2926, Welcome aboard! That's a really nice truck for 900 bucks.
