need a dimension
Starting to put my truck back together and would like to know how close to set the front of the bed to the back of the cab.Right now i'm at 3/4".I know they move a little and the bolt heads seem a bit close.Does anybody know what will work?

Re: need a dimension
I like the look at 3/4". Just didn"t know if the bolt heads would hit.Iappreciate the feedback. Hopefully I"ll hear from someone who has had it tighter. My cabmounts are new.

Re: need a dimension
If your concerned about the heads of the bolts that connect the bed front wall to the bed side, some trucks came with screws instead of bolts. If I recall correctly they are a Phillips round head screws.
