Windshield Washer Reservoir
This is a new one.
I fill the washer reservoir and it's empty in no time. Must have a leak. I've never come across a leaking washer fluid reservoir. Anyone else dealt with this?

Re: Windshield Washer Reservoir
The washer pump is located on the outside of the tank at the bottom and a likely culprit. I've had to change the pumps on my '04 and '05. The bodies cracked and let the fluid drain out.

If it doesn't just run out on the ground when you fill it, it could be the hose from the pump has a hole in it by the battery.

^ yep, my '02 had a b/o hose..
one day filling it up, started peeing on the ground half way full.. figured the res was cracked, ordered replacement, and found hose when I pulled it.. thankfully, dealer took the new unmolested res back no worries

Re: Windshield Washer Reservoir
Dont know if this was your problem or not , but gm had a problem with battery acid deteriorating the components . The battery sits right at it . I could fill mine and it would run out until it was half full and then stop . I had parted a 04 out and had an extra . Installed it in my 06 and no more leak .
