Question chevy hemi heads???

a friend of mine is building up a 350, and claimed that there was a company that made hemi style heads for a chevy engine. I told him, he was full of sh#%. He was adament(spelling?) that someone made them, and they had a hefty price on them. Does anyone know if they make such a thing, or is he just talking out his a$$.

If there are some in productions, who makes them, and what kind of price are they asking.

Thanks in advance to anyone that can put this arguement to rest.

I have heard of a hemi type head for chevy motors. At the power pulls this summer. I saw some chevy motors with a hemi type head. I have no idea of who the manufacterer of these hemi type heads. But I have heard of them before.

Check out these Heads, 32 valves and about as close to a hemi as you can get that is if you can pony up the 5 Grand plus for them.

Iam for sure now on the manufacterer of the hemi type heads for chevy motors. They are made by Arias. They are extremely expensive like over 5k. Here is a pic of a chevy motor with Arias hemi type heads.

If you guys want to see the sight where you can buy these heads go to this site. Go to www.racecarparts.com than click on BB chevy then on cyl heads & valvetrain and you will find them. I dont believe they are made for Sbc's.

Those heads are sweet! I wish they had some close up pics or diagrams of how they work....look like they would be much simpler than a DOHC or SOHC engine....too bad they are soo expensive
