Bed to frame mounts. Bushings???
Either mine are missing or don't require bushings. As a reminder, thus truck will be going under restoration. So I'm researching and asking questions and taking notes as I comb through this truck. Thanks.

Re: Bed to frame mounts. Bushings???
Bushings were not used in that location originally, although companies sell them aftermarket.

Re: Bed to frame mounts. Bushings???
Thanks. That makes me feel better. I saw aftermarket ones when looking at cab mounts. I was confused. Now I know I don't need bushings for the bed.

Re: Bed to frame mounts. Bushings???
I have a set of the rubber pads if anyone needs them. Came with a bed mounting kit I bought, and I am not using them.

Re: Bed to frame mounts. Bushings???
I put the new pads on my 1970 fleet side when I repainted it made the alignment of the body lines on the bed with the lines of the cab ended up not using them.

Re: Bed to frame mounts. Bushings???
Good to know. I got some with my wood kit.I planned on using them but I won’t if it jacks up my alignment. I guess there’s no issues with metal on metal then? Could probably cut a gasket out of gasket material if there is. Thanks bud.
