are the lites and wheel the same as a 68 C10?

They are different.

Park Lights have studs on back of can instead at bottom and are a bit smaller in size. [they will work with minor mod]

Steering wheel is larger diameter.

What condition is the steer wheel in?

My 72 C50 has a floor brake level, I assume it's boot is different than your's?

9 out of a 10 has a couple surface scratches but that’s it....yes the boots are different.
