'97 K2500 454 4X4 Exhaust Headers
Any opinions? I want to get rid of the cracked and extremely rusty cast iron exhaust manifolds. They have to get replaced regardless and I'm thinking exhaust headers on the '97. I have Borlas on my SBC '89 for over 20+ years and they've held up fine; not on option on the '97 though. The options I see with Summit Racing are JBA and Gibson. Does anyone have experience with either of these two? I'm in Calif. so I'm restricted to parts choices with a Calif. EO#.

I have the Gibson SS shorty headers with the donut gasket built-in on my 95 that I converted to a Vortec. They have the provision for the EGR tube which is convenient, should bolt right up.
