What’s this relay? - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

I have this relay that was mounted on Drivers firewall. The horn relay is under dash and this is non AC 71’. Any ideas what this is? Has double blue wire going to bottom prong and then black and brown on top two prongs.

Also what is the 2 prong relay on the bottom end of steering column? It has 2 green wires going to it.

First one was probably for removed emissions stuff. The one on the column is for your backup (reverse) lights.
