Switch suspension hood hinge install issues.

I’m having some issues putting in my hood hinges in, got all holes drilled and holes cut. My hinge base doesn’t sit flush properly on the base of the cowl, I will have to shim 1 of the bottom holes on each side, my issue is the front 4 bolt holes have a big gap if I bolted it up and would end up having to use spacers on all 4 holes so it doesn’t distort the cowl. Need some recommendations please. All measurements were 100percent correct. Either my hinge bases are leaned back some or my cab is built a little different than most.
