Hello all, new guy here. Been browsing this page for a while , just haven't posted till tonight. I seen the movie dazed and confused when I was 15 yrs old and fell in love with the black 72 short bed that starred in it (the cars and trucks were the stars if you ask me, it didn't matter who was driving them). I told my buddies then (22 yrs ago) that I would have one some day and they all brushed it off as just talk. Fast forward 21 years and I'm loading my show ready minitruck on my car trailer to make a 5 hour drive one way, just to trade it even up for a 68 c10 short bed in pieces. Since that day in April of 2017, I have not had a second thought about trading a running, driving show truck for nothing more than a built engine and a sandblasted cab and frame... I got my dream truck and love it.
