Factory jack question.

Could one of you smart fellers tell me if this is correct for the '67 to '72 era trucks. Also if the smaller pieces are the correct mounting hardeware?

My factory jack looks different, there may have been more than one style? (vendor?) the lug wrench should have a flat end on it like a screwdriver. the long folding crank should have a sliding sleeve that locks it together when extended. My jack is held down with a spring & small clip. My guess is that setup is from a later model.
