Oil Filter Adapter Torque

I am installing a 350 crate engine in my 72 Cheyenne. The oil filter adapter has to be transferred from my old 350 to the new. Anyone know the torque setting for the 2 bolts which are 3/8 16 (I think they are 16)? I don't see it listed anywhere in the Service Manual. I
