tall water pump question

I have a set of camel hump heads (462s) without the accessory holes but I know that if I use a long (tall, I've heard both) water pump I can use an older bracket to install my alternator.

Will this interfere with my stock fan, will the fan come into contact with the radiator?

I know I could buy heads with holes or make my own holes but I'd rather not. I picked up the heads for 75 bucks for the pair and put 250 into em and they're now very nice heads so i want to keep them.

thanx for any help

TT

The fan will probably work ok but mixing short water pump pullies/
brackets with long water pump pullies/brackets makes a mess out of the belt alignments.
