Performance Online FSMK7387
Don't buy these if you have a 73-87. The bolt for the shock is to small, holes arent aligned, bolt won't even go all the way through. They told me to drill it out and find bigger hardware. Zero compensation for modifying a "bolt-on" part. Thanks POL/Western Chassis for nothing....
Apparently this is a 63-72 part that they are just trying to extend the application out to 87. Two part numbers for the same item is pretty crappy imo.

Re: Performance Online FSMK7387
I agree they suck, and my truck is what they are made for. My problem with them was the spacing between the two ears, they were way to tight, and there was no way to get a shock pushed in to bolt up. I ended up using a porta-power and spreading them, now they are tapered, but atleast work. What they really need is to have one side cut off and re-welded. I tried 2 different brands of shocks, CPP black and Ridetech's, both have the same problem with these brackets being poorly made.
