1972 Bench Seat
I'm usually on the 67-72 forum page but have a question for you folks over here. Has anyone taken a bench seat form a 67-72 and installed it in a 65/66 ? I have a bud working on a 66 and he asked me that and said I didnt know but thought someone here would have done the swap if feasible. If someone has atruck that has a 67-72 bench in it please post a couple pics..

Re: 1972 Bench Seat
I used one from about a 67 or 68 in a 65'. It was about 20 years ago. As I recall it bolted right in....I remember swapping it out in the parking lot of the junk yard and leaving my older torn-up seat there.
It was even the same color as my truck, green. |

Re: 1972 Bench Seat
Even the seat foam is the same on the full foam seats.

Yep, have put a '68 seat into a '65. Bolts right in.
