got a 05 up vette pedal with built in tps will this pedal work without the tac module ? using a blue green ecm lq4 6.0

No, the pedal you have will work with any gen 4 ECM, but not a gen 3 "blue/green" PCM regardless of whether or not you have the correct TAC module for your PCM and throttle body combination.
