Holley 3310 and TH400

I'm looking at using a holley 3310 on my 396, but i have a TH400 transmission, i was reading the installation instructions and it had this warning:

If you are using this carburetor with a GM overdrive transmission TH700R4 or a TH200R4, you must use a
transmission kickdown cable bracket (Holley® P/N 20-95) and stud (Holley® P/N 20-40). Otherwise, SEVERE
transmission damage WILL result. This carburetor is not designed to work with ANY other automatic overdrive
transmission.

Is the TH400 a automatic overdrive transmission? Will the 3310 work with a TH400?

No, it is not an overdrive. You are good to go. Welcome to the board!
