Great day in Truck Land

First off...I'm pretty cheap. I do alot of trading and selling and what not to finance my truck build. I have been looking for some decent steelies and caps for my 69 stepside project and I found these on Craigslist about 4 or 5 hours away. Too far to drive for wheels but I contacted the guy, inquiring about them and the possibility of meeting somewhere in between. Lo and behold he said he was coming to my town in about a month for a weekend and said he would bring them to me! Outstanding! Just met up with him and got them this morning. I love it when a plan comes together. Thank You Bill from Kansas!

Re: Finally found some good steelies and caps

It was a good day in truck world.....I also dropped my 250 six at the machine shop today. Should have it back, ready to assemble, in a couple weeks. New wheels and engine progress all in the same day. I'm stoked!

That’s awesome! I love good deals on nice parts.
Looks like a nice stepper you’re building.
