Radiator options?

Will a Squarebody or 2nd gen Camaro radiator fit a 67/72?

Re: Radiator options?

Possibly...but why not just buy one made specifically for your truck

Re: Radiator options?

Why? Because cheap and easy to find around here in decent shape.

Anything can fit. mine has a 2010 camaro radiator with the matching shroud and dual fan set up. The PO did make a slight mod to the core support to pull this off with clearance for an LS3

As to the why? I guess the PO thought it was easier to use the radiator and fans that a GM engineer designed for an LS3, with the outlets in the right spots instead of designing a cooling system himself.

To me it’s hard to argue with that logic I’m going to continue his direction and use it for the LQ4 I’m putting in.
