Looking at the picture, what brackets do I need?

I need for both sides.

Are they available as repos?

The PO changed the bumper, but didn't use the rest of the brackets.

Most likely were bent & unusable

looks like you have a 73-80 frame = round nose end of the frame rails .

then someone tryed to bolt on a 81-up bumper designed for 45* slash cut frame ends .

it can be made to work but will need a little fab .

use all the brackets for the 81-up and cut a little frame off and drill a few holes and mabye tweek a bit here and there .
