1980 Chevy 4x4 1/2 ton N GA on Ebay @ $510
1980 Chevy half ton short box 4x4. It has the inline 6 with a 3 on the tree, manual hubs, np 205 transfer case. The body is rusted but the frame is solid.
The clutch, trans, transfer case and axles are good. There are new brakes on all for corners (calpiers, rotors, drums, wheel cylinders, hardware, hoses). The motor is producing about 65 psi on the #2 cylinder so at idle there is a miss, going down the road you never know it. My neighbor used it this way for 2 years and I have used it this way for 6 months. The truck would make an excellent hunt truck. It has power steering and no other options. $1300.00 Last edited by PsRumors; 11-16-2003 at 08:33 AM. |

In my opinion, you're asking a bit too much for the condition of the truck... I wouldn't guess you would get more than maybe 900 for a I6 with a dead cylinder, three on the tree and rough body...

So make me an offer. You say 9 I say 12 and we are happy with 11. Who knows what it is worth. I am open to offers not set on selling but am willing to entertain.

I've got a fine 1980 LWB -- I'm not really interested, just thought I would give my opinion

ooooffff 450 miles. I could probably get a trailer and deliver but gas alone in my truck is a small fortune (F350 460 4.10 gears). Ya never know what can be worked out though.
Thanks for looking. |

Too late, truck sold for a low $520, far from the $1300 asking price.
