I wouldn't wait that long. I'd get them today if you can.

Up to you. The front header panel, cross members, and rear panel that bolts the rear ends of the bed together (under the tailgate) are different for steel/wood floors (with the steel cross members all being part of the floor.) Bedsides and tailgates are the same.

Unless it’s some top secret deal that isn’t advertised, I’d go get it ASAP. That’s a good deal. Short fleet anything is expensive.

If you go with a wood floor and the front header panel is for a steel floor, you can buy a weld on strip to convert to wood. No need to replace the whole panel, especially if it's in good shape
