Talking Said good bye to an old friend today....

Hello all! I just wanted to say that I bid farewell to an old friend today.....
Serious Black found a new owner in Lee’s Summit today. I really didn’t want to sell, but in the process of buying a new home and trying to make to wife happy all at the same time, just wasn’t happening. So it had to be done, I know the new owner will most likely become a member here on the forum.
and I’m not “Bowing out” like I won’t be lurking here on the forum, so don’t think that. I’ve met some incredible people here, and they have taught me as much, if not more than I have helped others learn about these old trucks.
I’ll still chime in from time to time. So, have a great evening and I’ll see you guys around!

That's right south of me! I have a black '67. Maybe I'll run past them sometime. It'd be nice to get a big Missouri/surrounding area meet together sometime.

Sad you had to let it go, but who knows, another one might be in your future!

There is a big truck get together in north KC. It's called The All Truck Nationals at E. H. Young Riverside Park the second weekend in September. Quite a few board members attend and we have a good time.....

All day Saturday and until 3pm on Sunday.....
