Rear end identification help

Hello my brother bought a C10 that was a 69. I’m trying to figure out if the rear end is from a 69 or 70 cause I want to do a rear end 5 lug conversion so I want to buy the right kit. NF3896838 GM 58
TPF 0608 W1 Is what I was able to pull off the stamps. Can anyone decode this for me?

Also looks like it is a 3.73 positraction. Does it have the plastic tab on the fill plug?

I didn’t see no plastic tab. I’ll take pictures of it and show you. I’m no exactly sure cause I painted the whole rear end.
