6.0 LS in 66 DBC too short

So I have my motor in and realized that when I hooked the throttle cable up in its original position the throttle body is open a decent amount. I am guessing the motor moved forward with my drop member. What are my options? Adjust the linkage at the pedal or?
Thanks

when you say you hooked the throttle cable in its original position are you talking bout the bracket behind the throttle?..if so then its probably how you have it hooked to your pedal...I would unhook pedal and see if the throttle closes. ..if it closes then the pedal is where it needs adjustment. .
